Sophie Dries is passionate about the contrast between traditional materials and contemporary lines, combining them at different scales. Candleholders, Vases, Lamps and Totems are the result of this collaboration between the designer and L'Atelier Pierre Culot. A concept born of a desire to combine their languages, 5 purist shapes signed by the designer, finished with 5 types of glaze signed by the ceramist. A combination of proven know-how and the transposition of a creator, his aesthetic and his era. Sophie Dries combines traditional craft materials with contemporary design, just as Pierre Culot did.
