In-depth research into the materiality of the Dora lamp prompted Alia Vitæ to invite architect and designer Sophie Dries to take her turn. At the same time, she offersher own vision of this astonishing material with a side table/stool combining the natural irregularity of rock with radicalism. The Petra collection, a collaboration between Alia Vitae x Sophie Dries, showcases materials and techniques in other objects around the home. The first object in the collection, the Petra Stool, is mobile and self-contained for indoor and outdoor use.
